Forgiveness is something everyone should learn. It is healthy, it is
humbling, and it is relief to thy self.

Have you ever felt so angry or mad at someone that you just don't think
you can ever forgive them? Like the rest of the decisions we make in our
life, forgiveness it one of them. Choosing to forgive does not mean you
do or will forget the trespass against you. You CAN forgive simply by
choosing to do so.

Try to look at it this way... the person you are mad at is probably not as
upset about your situation as you are. They are not fretting or
worrying themself sick over the same thing you are, so you are
probably by yourself in this situation. If you choose to hang on to the
stress of it YOU are the one who suffers. Not the one you are mad at. It
is YOUR body that breaks down, does crazy things you don't want it to.

If you forgive, you relieve yourself from a prison of pain. Don't forget
what happened, just forgive it and go on. It really will make you feel
better. And you can move on to bigger and better things.

Holding on to anger can really mess with you health wise. You put
undue stress on you heart, your head, and you will begin to feel it as it
wears you out. So don't speak to the person you are mad at if you don't
want to, just FORGIVE... and forgive yourself. You will ALWAYS feel
better when you do.
